Recycling of jetting water – continuous operation

With the JHL RECycler you will get reduced fuel consumption as your driving in order to fill up the tanker with water and in order to empty the tanker will be reduced significantly, this also means reduced water consumption, reduced deposit costs and you will thus get more time to do more jobs per day.

Application:
Our JHL RECycler has been developed for continuous operation, where the suction and the jetting function at the same time, without long breaks.

The RECycler is suitable for continuous operation, cleaning of large pipe lines and it is adequate for areas with few water stations.

Type - RECycler SLP14
Tank - 14,000 litres with piston, fully automatic end cover and 4 sets of pneumatically locking bolts.
Vacuum - Wittig RFW 260, capacity 26,000 l/min. External cyclone filter – pipe 5”
Cassette system for suction hose 5” with lift and double telescopic arm.
High-pressure - URACA P3-45, capacity: 471 l/min. 150 bar ¾” hydraulically operated hose drum, hydraulic swivel 50m ¾ + 60 m ½” hose. 5/4” hydraulically operated hose drum, hydraulic swivel, 200m 5/4” hose.
Recycling - Recycling of jetting water in 3 cleaning processes via two strainers and cyclones.
Extra - Oil burner – Webasto 9 kW.
Remote - control with 8 functions, comfort cabinet with clothing and sanitary cabinet, personal lift.
Chassis - Scania P124GB 8x2*6 NA
