J. Hvidtved Larsen A/S - CityFlex®

CityFlex® - a combined sewer cleaning vehicle especially developed to accommodate the rising need for compact mobile jetting and suction solutions in urban areas with narrow streets, low accessibility and weight restrictions. The CityFlex® has the full flexibility of J. Hvidtved Larsen A/S’ larger units which makes it suitable for all regular sewer cleaning jobs.

The unit is manufactured using new alternative, but very strong materials which allow for a high payload. Furthermore, the unit has been designed to have a low centre of gravity providing the unit with a very good road grip making it easy to manoeuvre, also in narrow areas.

Type - CityFlex® 204.
Tank - 4,000 litres with hydraulic movable partition. Fully automatic end cover. 0.5 bar/80% vacuum.
Vacuum - Wittig SLS 54 incl. non-return and 4-way valve, capacity: 5,400 l/min. 2" piping. Safety filter. Oil separator. Transport reel with 30 m 2½" hose.
High-pressure - Uraca P3-10, capacity: 127 l/min at 160 bar. Swivel hose reel, hydraulic with 50 m 3/4" + 60 m ½" hose.
Transmission - OMSI intermediate gear. Fully hydraulic.
Chassis - Toyota Dyna L75-34 / ISUZU NQR 450
