J. Hvidtved Larsen A/S - FlexLine®

The company of J. Hvidtved Larsen A/S, already the preferred supplier of professional solutions within sewer cleaning tankers, now presents a new concept – JHL FlexLine®, the combined jetting and suction tanker of the future.

Like the name implies, the FlexLine® is a new flexible solution, which the contractor, the haulier or the municipality may gradually adapt to the requirements that arise.

This new concept permits the customer to purchase a flexible unit without having to predict which requirements he will be having after one or two years. The performance of a FlexLine® tanker rises with the assignments.

The idea of the concept is for the customer to buy a tanker with the exact equipment that he needs for the time being. Should future assignments require additional equipment, a whole range of extra equipment can easily be installed as supplement to the existing equipment. When a FlexLine® tanker leaves the JHL factory, it has already been prepared for further equipment, and by putting off such supplements until a later stage, the customer may spread the investment over several years.

Naturally, a FlexLine® tanker is built to the well-known high quality of J. Hvidtved Larsen A/S.

Tank - 10.000 litres with piston, fully automatic end cover and 3 sets of pneumatically locking bolts.
Vacuum - Wittig RFW 200, capacity 1200 m³/hour. External cyclone filter – pipe Ø 101.6
Cassette system for suction hose 4” with lift and double telescopic arm.
High-pressure - URACA KD 716 G, capacity: 391 l/min. 140 bar. 3/4” hydraulically operated hose drum, hydraulic swivel 50m 3/4” + 60 m 1/2” hose. 5/4” hydraulically operated hose drum, manual swivel, 150m 5/4” hose. Oil burner – Webasto 9 kW.
Transmissions - Semi-hydraulic.
Extra - Remote control with 8 functions. Comfort cabinet.
Chassis - Scania P114GB 6x4 NZ K 43.
