Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Guarantee All products are covered by manufactures warranties where applicable.
SECA built equipment is warranted to 12 months.
Warranted against defects of manufacture and poor workmanship, exclusive of fair wear and tear.
Nozzles, root cutters and hoses and pump seals are not covered by warranty
Damage caused by Acts of God, Environmental influences, treatment contrary to the operating and maintenance instructions, mechanical means resulting from modifications to the equipment, electrical spikes or power surges and repairs made by unauthorised maintenance personnel, cannot be claimed under warranty.
SECA will, without charge to Customer, promptly repair or replace, at its option, any parts which are determined to be defective within this warranty (excluding expendables) and which are returned to SECA provided:
(1) Customer shall have notified SECA of any alleged defect within the warranty period and
(2) the equipment has not been damaged, subject to misuse, altered or repaired or improperly maintained by Customer or others in a manner which SECA reasonably determines to have adversely affected performance or reliability.
Our warranty is limited to repair or replacement of any faulty part at our service facility; freight to and from is the responsibility of the owner.

Customer shall not return any SECA Product for credit, exchange or otherwise without the prior issuance by SECA of a SECA Return Authorisation.
Original invoice must be quoted. All goods returned are subject to a handling charge of 10% of the value of the goods.
